Our Program
FitMed Pulse is a program of functional fitness personal training, designed to be done at home with minimal equipment. It is suitable for any age but is particularly suitable for those 50 and over. Every day you will have a new video with Dr Theo to guide you and train with you for the entire workout.
Fitness or Function
FitMed Pulse can be used in two ways. If you are looking to improve your fitness and strength, then the workouts can be performed at an higher intensity. If you are looking to maintain your independence and function, and prepare for an happier and healthier life, then the workouts can be performed at a more moderate pace with a focus on movement proficiency.
Program Access
Access the daily videos and personal training via the internet on your laptop or PC, or you can even access it via an app on your Smartphone or tablet.
The One-On-One With Dr Theo Program
If you are new to functional exercise or have not done exercise in a while, FitMed Pulse has a 6 week introductory program called the "One-On-One With Dr Theo" Program. This is a 6 week program where you work One-On-One with Dr Theo, the director of FitMed Pulse, to learn the core movements used in FitMed Pulse and how to incorporate them into various styles of training. The is a gentle and graded introduction that allows you to build on your successes over time and gets you ready for the complete FitMed Pulse personal training experience. This is provided free to all members as soon as they join.
